[packman] Please link Factory flac for 42.1/2 and suil for 42.1 New Audacity needs them to build.

flac is now a _link to Factory.

I wonder if the C++ part is really ABI compatible. At least chromium seems to buildrequire flac++. But this command finds only a few other pkgs:

zypper se -snt package --requires 'libFLAC++.so.6()(64bit)'

So its probably just about those few we need to worry about.
