[packman] Missing SRTP decoder/encoder in gstreamer-plugins-bad

Hi,

I am using pidgin/sipe to communicate to my company that uses lync.
Unfortunately voice calls are not working with opensuse linux, ubuntu
works fine.
I found out that gstreamer-plugins-bad is lacking a necessary codec -
SRTP, see

Please could you add the library libsrtp-devel to the requirements of
the gstreamer-plugins-bad source package so that the codec will be build?
