[packman] Please activate my PMBS account

Hello,

I have created a PMBS account with the username dimesio; please activate it.

My purpose is to be able to build baselibs packages for myself for Leap 42.2, since Packman is not publishing them. I do a great deal of Wine testing, and the baselibs are necessary. I intend to do the builds locally.
