[packman] [PM] vlc 2.2.4-34.1 (openSUSE_Leap 42.1/x86_64)

I just wanted to report an issue I've been having with VLC and related
packages for the last several updates. This is happening on multiple
machines so I don't think it's specific to my system(s).
I run updates using the following command line from a root shell.
zypper ref;zypper up;zypper ps -s
Here is the relevant output section from the update run.

As you can see the errors all occur in the post installation scripts of the
failing packages.
Please let me know if there is any other diagnostics I can do or output I
can provide to assist in diagnosing and repairing this.
Also, let me know if you think this is an upstream VLC problem and not a
problem specific to the Packman packages so I can report it to the upstream
maintainers.
