[packman] VLC Segfaults on openSUSE Leap 42.1

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that ever since the last update to vlc
provided through Packman for openSUSE Leap 42.1, it segfaults on
starting. This issue has been reported in a number of places and I have
investigated possible causes discussed (package conflicts/broken package
manager, incorrect versions of Qt being installed etc) and the problem
persists.

I hope this serves to alert you to a possible issue, and that it might
end up rectified. Thank you.
