[packman] Workers ...

Hi all,

I am aware of the missing workers, unfortunately there is again a
problem with my storage hosting the virtual machines, and I am unable
to fix it rapidly.
There are still the 5 workers, which are real hardware, for the time
being.

It may take until end of March, until I can replace the storage system
with a replacement.
