Well, it’s just a wrapper around FFmpeg libraries that adds frame-accurate 
seeking and indexing to most formats and doesn’t include any codecs or 
demuxers. It works with the “clean” version in OBS as well as it does with 
Packman’s FFmpeg builds, hence I asked.
