[packman] Leap 42.2 repos

Several persons asked now, most persons depends on the Packman packages
for having a usable system running, so it would be very nice for integration testing
 that we could have packages that are *actually* built against LEAP 42.2.

Anybody knows anything? We don't learn much from silence.
