You're too late... ;-)

This has already been discussed here:

In short, this needs the latest ffmpeg2 update to enter Tumbleweed, i.e. time, 
to be fixed.

For now, keep the old vlc packages.
Or, ignoring the conflict should work as well, but I cannot guarantee that.
