[packman] k3b Package Removes Device Actions Under openSUSE Leap 42.1?

Hello,
	I am writing about an issue I have under openSUSE Leap 42.1 x86_64 that I think I've traced back to the Packman k3b package (currently installed is k3b-2.0.80+git20160102.1831-11.1.x86_64, but I believe I've been experiencing this issue for while).  Specifically, after installing (I believe) this package, I lose several device actions, like "Copy with K3b" and "Extract Digital Audio with K3b."  The cause seems to be that this package places its device action .desktop files in /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/, but KDE is looking at the .desktop files in /usr/share/solid/actions/.  I have gotten the device actions back by creating soft links in /usr/share/solid/actions/ to the k3b_* files in /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/, so that /usr/share/solid/actions/ now has:
