Leap 42.1 doesn't have i586 version.

So the disable itself was right. Even enable it will not work, because
Essential won't
find the OBS link.

But on OBS, -32bit compatible packages are built in i586 architecture.

So, unless we rebuild Leap as a whole for i586 architecture, we may have to
cross compile -32bit packages explicitly in x86_64 environment.
