[packman] full featured chromium for SLE12 missing

Is this chromium pkg supposed to be in sync with chromium-13.2? Right
now SLE12 lacks a matching chromium-ffmpeg package. I guess PMBS needs a
chromium-SLE_12 which links to the Backports prj.
