[packman] [PM] transcode 1.2.0-3.1 (openSUSE_Leap 42.1/x86_64)

Hello Packman-Team,

a few days ago I updated transcode from packman to version 1.2.0 - but
now I cannot create any dvd using dvdwizard. dvdwizard uses transcode to
extract pictures from the dvd structure.

After further investigation the commandline syntax for the
export/encoding module seems to be drastically changed (was: -y
jpeg,null   is: -y V=???,A=null,M=???) and there is no more jpeg module
for export in this new version. I tried to change the calling script in
dvdwizard to the new syntax, but was not able to get any correct results.

I verified this with openSUSE Leap 42.1 and openSUSE 13.1, I guess this
is the same problems for all versions.

So I would like to ask you to withdraw this update and to offer the
previous version again - or even better... (if there are good reasons to
use the new version) provide both versions (as versions in a common
package or in two separate packages).
