[packman] [PM] vlc 2.2.1-127.3 (openSUSE_Leap 42.1/x86_64) Separate window bug finally fixed in Leap

Hi,

problem was caused by a missing dependency to libQt5X11Extras5,
this has been fixed several days ago.
When I'm starting a video, only one window is opened now.
