[packman] [PM] mpv 0.15.0-38.10 (openSUSE 13.2/x86_64)

Hello,

I just noticed that the update of mpv to version 0.15.0-38.10 pulls in a bunch 
of libraries from openSUSE 13.2 KDE Extra repository instead of from Packman. 
Is this intentional or an error?
