I have enabled publish for the two pkgconfig related packages in SLE_11.
It will take some time until they will appear on the mirrors.

A few weeks ago I did some verification if all published packages can
actually be installed. I fixed some packages, it will require some work
to fix dependencies of all packages and all repositories.
