Difficult to say. As far as I can see this is caused by a compiler
error present in gcc 4.8.5 used with Leap 42.1, please see:
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=65945

Neither 13.2 nor Tumbleweed are affected, as they use a different
version of gcc.
bomi won't build on 42.1 unless openSUSE fixes the bug in gcc or
upgrades.
