[packman] VLC .iso DVD menu not actionable

As I already replied in your forums thread 
(https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/507827-VLC-and-iso-Movies), make 
sure you have libdvdread4 and libdvdnav4 (version 5.0.3) from Packman 
installed (make a full switch to the Packman repo to be sure).

The ones from the standard repo are incompatible, and cause exactly such a 
problem because VLC's dvdnav plugin cannot be loaded.
