Packages like cairo-devel require pkgconfig(egl), which maps to Mesa-libEGL-devel.
Unfortunately raspberrypi provides only package names, which seems to
make the prjconf setting mostly useless. And a Substitute does not help.

I wonder if anyone would notice if all packages that fail in such way
get disabled and wiped.
