[packman] Interest in obs-studio build for openSUSE 13.1 which requires a few aggregated packages

I suppose it would. I'd have to dig in and try and figure out what
exactly it requires from qt >= 5.3. Perhaps some commits will be
illuminating or discussion with upstream developers.
