Are you sure?
Check in particular that you have libmlt6-modules from Packman installed.

Maybe try a "full repository vendor change update" to Packman as explained 
here, to make sure really all multimedia packages are from Packman:
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Vendor_change_update#Full_repository_Vendor_change

And note that you shouldn't use the VideoLAN repo, this is incompatible to 
Packman and can cause problems.
