[packman] get_iplayer

Hi,

Is there any prospect of get_iplayer receiving further updates? [1]

The latest version in the Packman repositories is 2.82 from 2012, but
users require the latest version (which currently stands at 2.91) to
keep track of the BBC's frequent changes to its API.
