[packman] latest transcode packages don't contain /usr/bin/transcode / k3b can't find transcode any more after update

These are upstream changes, in fact I think I made a mistake
submitting that transcode because it doesn't have an ffmpeg encoder
and it can't even encode from mp2 audio.
I found a transcode-1.1.7 in gentoo that is patched to build with the
new ffmpeg but it fails with k3b because export_ffmpeg.so can't read
it's non existent .cfg file.
I'm busy looking for a config file to add to the package.
