[packman] latest transcode packages don't contain /usr/bin/transcode / k3b can't find transcode any more after update

Hi
Looks like it needs a softlink....
ln -s /usr/bin/transcode-1.2 /usr/bin/transcode
Or k3b needs to be updated (which would be an openSUSE bug) against
it...
