[packman] Packman repo currently blocks Leap 42.1 updates

As of today, packman.inode.at is up again though.

And this time as a proper mirror again it seems. The last months, it only 
redirected to the czech mirror instead...
Maybe that's the reason for the downtime during the weekend? ;-)
