[packman] Packman repo currently blocks Leap 42.1 updates

Hi,

The last week or so, Leap 42.1 updates has been blocked. Today I had to
disable the packman repo and then 42.1 updates ran as normal.

Afterwards I enable packman again, but still this error is seen when
trying to update:

# zypper up
Timeout exceeded when accessing
'http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/repodata/repomd.xml'.

Abort, retry, ignore? [a/r/i] (r):
Autoselecting 'r' after 17 seconds. ^C
OK OK! Exiting immediately...

Could someone have a look at what cause this issue ..........
