[packman] Where shall I submit qtractor

Multimedia should be the target.

osc makes it impossible to submit a pkg which containsjust a _link. This
means someone has to create the new pkg manually and create the _link.
For an already existing pkg remove all files and create/update the _link
file. I will do both later today.
