[packman] Suggestion: Compile VLC against Qt4

As already has been mentioned, you should submit your change to the devel 
project in OBS (multimedia:libs), then it will be propagated to Packman (and 
the VideoLAN repo) automatically.

But please don't!
As I wrote in the bug report, I found the actual reason why VLC is opening two 
windows.

Of course we are still missing the Qt5 fix for the resize problem in Leap, but 
I hope that update will be released soon...
