No, it's not vlc-qt (the qt frontend of vlc) but VLC-Qt (a simple
library to connect Qt application with libVLC) which is packaged here
under the name "libvlc-qt".
"BuildRequires: pkgconfig(libvlc-qt)" looks fine to me.
There is a missing requires about vlc-codecs but it is another story and
will be fixed.
