Choose option 2 "break devede-... by ignoring some of its dependencies" and 
make sure "cdrkit-cdrtools-compat" is installed. It should work then.
Or add the multimedia:apps repo from OBS, this does contain the package 
"mkisofs": http://software.opensuse.org/package/mkisofs
