[packman] PMBS currently down

Hi all,

just a short notice:

PMBS is currently (since approx 12:10 p.m. CET today) down. 

There has been a disk fault in the RAID system of the NFS server
hosting the disks for PMBS, and due to the crappy disk subsystem (I
believe delivered to the then owner about 10 years ago), the whole SCSI
channel freezes for a considerable amount of time, thus killing the
virtual machines running on it.

The disks of PMBS are not affected, the machine just has to come up
again, which will be in a few minutes.
