[packman] broadcom-wl (Need a patch for 3.15 kernel)

Hi,

I've added patch from https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=513156
and successfully build package for openSUSE Tumbleweed.
If my request is accepted, the packet should be online soon.
