[packman] ffmpeg/libav updates for SLE 11

Right and it lists only the old SLE 11 version.

I guess no one recognized this. All the mirrors listed at
http://packman.links2linux.de/mirrors only have a SLE11 subdirectory,
but no SLE_11_SP3.

So I wonder where I can download the SLE_11_SP3 repository? We used to
mirror one of the ftp servers so that we can spread the software at
our site.
