[packman] ffmpeg/libav updates for SLE 11

I just went to the website, searched for ffmpeg and clicked on
"ffmpeg". This lists version 2.2.4 up to opensuse 11.4, but for 
SLE 11 it shows 2.1.3 from februrary.

For mirroring, we use 
ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/packman/suse/SLE_11/Essentials/x86_64/
which contains the februrary packages, too.
