[packman] vlc spec patch and a question

Just one question/thought:
Wouldn't it be better to make that change directly in the vlc package in the 
multimedia:libs repo on OBS?

Then also people using the standard vlc (not the one from Packman) would 
profit.
The Packman package is just a link to that one anyway.
