 All of those packages should be available in the Packman repo.
Run YaST->Software Repositories, click on "Add", select "Communitiy 
Repositories", and add the Packman repo there.

Then install vlc with YaST->Software Management, and it should also install 
all other needed packages automatically.
And I guess you should also install vlc-codecs, this is not installed 
automatically, but is needed for playing back most files.
