Yep, the linked vlc and gstreamer specs build non-crippled
versions based on the presence of the BUILD_ORIG macro which is
only defined in the Packman project config but not on OBS. WHich
is a quite neat feature making it easy to keep things in sync.

The address from pmbs should do, try another maintainer if you
don't get a timely response.
