[packman] x264 fails to build

Hi!

I want to report that x264 fails to build:
error: %changelog not in descending chronological order

This is a problem right now, because ffms2 got updated, and it's not possible 
to install the old x264 any more (dependency problems, libffms2-2 is not 
available any more)

Could somebody please have a look at this?
