[packman] [openSUSE_*] winff not available as x86_64 version - on purpose?

this is not exactly true... just the 1.5.* versions have not been built
as x86_64 packages, while the 1.4.* version do exist as x86_64 packages
(up until openSUSE_12.2) -- Factory and Tumbleweed are special, as they
have x86_64 packages only(!) for 1.4.* and i586 packages only(!) for
1.5.* ...

FWIW, I've just succeeded to build the 12.3 based src.rpm in a local
build environment, so it should work out of the box.
