[packman] Deleting Evergreen 11.1

https://bugs.links2linux.org/browse/PM-60 was open 1 year ago. And
even at that point Evergreen 11.1 had been unmaintained for a while.
So, if on the first of December nobody has complained, I will delete it.

By the way, http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Evergreen says Evergreen
11.2 support will end on "Nov 2013". So it could also be deleted on
the same day...
