[packman] Music Player Daemon

I am running openSuSE 12.3 and using packman to install MPD.  I find it
necessary to add Type=forking to /usr/lib/systemd/system/mpd.service or
systemd decides it failed and stops it quickly.

Please tell me who I should report that to.
