I haven't changed anything on this dependencies. rpm shouldn't have any 
problem, to install both packages, if you install them at the same time.

rpm -ivh libavfilter3-1.0.6-1.6.x86_64.rpm 
libavformat54-1.0.6-1.6.x86_64.rpm

And you better should let yast or zypper solve dependencies, it's no fun 
doing this manually.
