It has been a week since openSUSE 12.3 was enabled in PMBS but it still is
not appearing in any of the mirrors.

The packages are in the PMBS downloads directory, but they are not being
pushed to the mirrors for some reason.

Would it be possible for someone to go ahead and enable pushing of the
openSUSE 12.3 packages to the mirrors? RC2 is out and final will be out in
a week and a half.
