[packman] PMBS is up again

Hi all,

PMBS is live again since approx 3 p.m. today.
I am not really sure everything is working again, if you see unexpected 
behavior, please write to the ML, or open a bug in Jira 
(https://bugs.links2linux.org). 
Remember, the current state is of Jun 26th, all package updates between 
then and the crash (approx. Jul 2nd, 6 a.m. GMT) are lost.
All accounts are there, just go ahead!
