[packman] kdenlive 0.9.4-31.1

kdenlive 0.9.4 is not even available in Packman (will be once
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/150432 is accepted).

It looks like a problem to report directly in
http://www.kdenlive.org/bug-reports. But when reporting problems
knowing where your packages come from would be nice.
