[packman] `osc build` fails with "[Errno 14] HTTP Error 400: Bad Request"

Hello.

%osc -A pm build --ccache -j2 openSUSE_12.2 x86_64

Trying openSUSE Build Service server for libqt4-sql  
(openSUSE.org:openSUSE:12.2:Update), not found at  
pmbs-api.links2linux.org:8080.
