[packman] [Request] libx264 and x264

Hi,

I just send two requests against libx264 and x264 in Essentials to update them.

Since packman notification seems to be broken too, I manually do it.

And please open builds for other repository of yasm, because newer
x264 need 1.2.0 which is now available in Essentials but disabled to
build for other older repositories.
