[packman] Kino should be dropped

After several years of not using Kino, I installed Kino in order to do
some video editing.  Immediately encountered a bug where everything is
running in super-fast speed.  Looking around, it seems to be a known bug
and hasn't been fixed in years.  Kino last released in 2009 and this
version seems unusable.

It looks to me like the Kino project has basically been abandoned.  I
think it should be dropped from the Packman repository.
