something is wrong with taglib,
I you look at the following page :
http://pmbs.links2linux.org/package/binary?arch=x86_64&filename=xbmc-12.0-3.1.x86_64.rpm&package=xbmc&project=Multimedia&repository=openSUSE_12.2

The 'Provided by' column for libtag1-1.8 is empty.
This is why when installing xbmc zypper doesn't ask for libtag.

I don't understand why the build script didn't get it automatically like
for the other dependencies
