Sorry, I don't see the directory there. My current repo url is:

baseurl=http://packman.inode.at/suse/12.1/

and at the place you say there is no suse repo. Where exactly is it?

I looked at /pub/, there is no suse/ in there.
I also looked at /pub/mirrors/, there is a file named "suse" that gives 
error 550.
